Tektite

Once upon a time, a meteor crash landed on earth. 
Tektites are impact glass from this crash land, not meteorite matter. 
the heat from the impact melts and vaporises rocks and earth, then it’s flung up while molten, and cools, resulting in natural glass. They can form in various shapes.
