Damaged Items

If you are looking for a refund, you must provide photos of your damaged goods and send us a message. Please also keep all packaging that your order arrived in, the courier company may want to collect the packaging as evidence for their investigation. Proof of purchase will need to be available to us & the courier company. So keep tabs of your emails.

Unfortunately not all items will be able to be replaced as most peices differ very much so! If we can replace items we will do so, after the investigation has finished. Otherwise we can offer a refund or store credit to the exact same value of damaged item/s.

 

*Change of mind returns will not be accepted sorry. 

 

Postage details

We usually use NZPOST, and most of the time this is overnight postage (only longer if you have a rural address. Get your goodies quick! Your peices are lovingly packed, usually boxed and inside of a gosweetspot packet. 

Please select rural postage if you are a rural address.

 

Postage timeframes

Please allow upto 2 business days to process and pack your order. 

Postage time is usually overnight after your precious package is handed to the courier. (upto 3 days for rural delivery). Of course the courier timing may differ but this is the aim.
